PAYMENT POLICY:

A $50 fee will be applied for appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hrs. Fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

No I. O. U’s. Please pay for all services before you leave the salon. No next day payments. Please do not ask to get your hair done and then pay me when you get paid. Please use bills only if you’re paying cash, no COINS please.

If you are paying cash, please do not rely on NappturallyU having change.

*All new clients are required to give a non refundable deposit to secure their appointment which will be applied towards your service. If you miss/cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not go towards your next appointment. You will be required to put another deposit to reschedule.

* Coloring services can get pricey depending on color being achieved as well as length. The longer the hair, the more color and products are used which results in more TIME. Time is money. It is not only the color application that takes time, but it also the prep work before the application of color (unraveling the roots of your locs for an even application) and removal of color as well as applying additional products to the hair to ensure that your locs stay healthy and strong. The maintenance of color is also and important part of keeping your hair healthy. With colored treated hair, it is imperative that you receive protein treatments to keep your hair from breaking off. This service will need to be scheduled on your follow up appointment.
